Warm and Salty
Happy Ranch Pool is a 16' x 40' oasis of floaty goodness, warmed to a comfortable 90 degrees. The pool includes a large inset 8 person hot-tub, heated to 104, which is great for Date Nights or a quick warm-up when it's chilly out. Keep your youg'uns happy on the shallow wading ledge (12" deep) and the larger kiddos happy on the 'deep' end where it's 5'- 7' deep and features a jump rock for hours of cannon-balls.

POOL HOUSE+SHOWER: Pool Rental includes a heated 10x15 Clubhouse, perfect for setting up snacks and drinks, with mini-fridge, mini-freezer and sink. Enjoy a sparkling clean restroom just steps from the pool with plenty of storage and changing space. Rinse off in the Heated Outdoor Rainhead Shower, and warm up by the (optional) Poolside Fire Pit with either Natural Gas heat, or a campfire and firewood.

All households must sign a waiver of liability. All guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests and minors. There is no lifeguard on duty. No diving. No intoxication or illicit drug use, Do not enter the animal pasture without the property owner. And last but not least, please don't pee in, or drink, the pool water.
